PokeMarket combines public card databases, cached provider responses and owner-managed records. The aim is simple: fast research with enough context to understand where each piece of information comes from.
Used for English cards, set lists, official card images, rarities, card numbers, types and available embedded TCGPlayer/Cardmarket price fields. A Pokemon TCG API key is optional, but recommended for higher request limits.
Pokemon TCG APIUsed for Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese card and set data. TCGdex does not require an API key. Coverage varies by language, set and release, so PokeMarket filters foreign results to image-backed cards where possible.
TCGdexSealed product data, stock notes, product links, manual price overrides and admin-only business records are managed locally. These records are separate from public card providers and can be edited by the site owner.

Responses are converted into a consistent card/set format so public pages do not depend on provider-specific field names.
Provider responses are cached to reduce repeat calls, improve speed and avoid unnecessary provider load.
International card and set views avoid blank records by preferring entries with usable artwork and card data.
Where provider pricing exists, PokeMarket may show embedded market fields from the Pokemon TCG API. Admin users can also add manual local estimates for raw, PSA and ACE values. Optional PriceCharting support can be configured server-side, but the site does not require paid APIs.
If a card, image, set, sealed product or price looks wrong, use the contact page and include the card name, set name, product name or page URL. PokeMarket is built to improve over time, especially for international and sealed-product coverage.
