PokeMarket provides Pokemon TCG search, set browsing, chase discovery, sealed product information and store listings. You may use the public tools for personal research, collecting and shopping decisions.

Clear terms for research tools, store orders and collectable products.
These terms apply when you browse PokeMarket, use the card and set tools, contact us or buy Pokemon TCG products through the store.
Guest checkout
Store orders are placed as guest checkout unless customer accounts are added later. You must provide accurate contact and UK delivery details so your order can be processed correctly.
Condition matters
Pokemon cards, slabs and sealed products are collectable goods. Please check product titles, images, language, condition notes, grading information, stock status and price before ordering.
How store checkout works
Order statusAn order may be created as pending before payment is completed. It is treated as paid only after Stripe confirms payment through the secure payment process.
Stock availabilityProducts may be listed as in stock, sold out, restocking or coming soon. Basket and checkout availability can change if stock sells out before payment is confirmed.
Payment securityCard payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. PokeMarket does not store raw card numbers.
Pricing errorsIf a clear pricing, stock or product description error is discovered before dispatch, PokeMarket may contact you to correct the order or cancel and refund it.
UK shipping
PokeMarket is currently set up for UK delivery. Shipping prices, free-delivery thresholds and available services are shown during the store journey where applicable.
Dispatch times may vary by stock, order volume and payment confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, goods should be delivered within 30 days. Tracking details will be provided where a tracked service is used.
Cancellation and refunds
For most online purchases of goods by UK consumers, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.
After telling us you want to cancel, you should return the goods without undue delay and normally within 14 days. Unless PokeMarket agrees otherwise or the goods are faulty/not as described, return postage may be your responsibility.
Refunds are handled in line with UK consumer law. Sealed products that have been opened, altered or tampered with may affect return eligibility unless the item is faulty or your legal rights say otherwise.

Card dataCard names, sets, images, rarities and numbers may come from third-party data providers and local admin records. PokeMarket aims to present useful information but cannot guarantee every provider record is complete or error-free.
Price estimatesPrices shown are estimates only. Pokemon TCG market prices change frequently and may differ because of condition, grading, centering, language, demand, availability, fees, postage and live sale timing.
External linksThe site may link to external marketplaces, data sources or retailers for research. PokeMarket is not responsible for external websites, their stock, prices, policies or content.
Admin toolsInventory, suppliers, pricing overrides, order fulfilment, analytics and private seller tools are restricted to the site owner/admin and are not public customer account features.
Before placing an order
Check the listingConfirm the product type, language, set, card number, condition, grade, quantity, price and stock label before checkout.
Use correct detailsProvide a valid email address, name and UK shipping address so order updates and delivery can be handled correctly.
Contact quicklyIf you spot a mistake in an order, contact PokeMarket as soon as possible. Orders may not be changeable after dispatch.
Use the site fairlyDo not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape aggressively, abuse checkout, access admin areas or use PokeMarket content in a way that harms the service.
Your legal rights remain in place
Faulty goodsIf an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, contact PokeMarket with your order details and photos where useful.
Wrong itemIf the wrong product is sent, PokeMarket will work with you to resolve it with a replacement, return or refund depending on availability and the circumstances.
Nothing here removes rightsNothing in these terms is intended to remove or reduce your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Reasonable limits
PokeMarket does not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The research tools are provided to help decision-making, but customers remain responsible for checking product listings and making their own buying decisions.

These terms may be updated as the store, customer accounts, shipping options or site features change. The latest version published on this page applies when you use the site or place an order.
